Coverage map
One region, four county permit systems
We build across a single contiguous footprint, but ADUs are approved by whichever jurisdiction holds your parcel. Here's how the four counties split — and how many cities we serve in each.
Sacramento
9cities served
The region's deepest mix — dense infill lots in the core, large newer parcels in Elk Grove and Folsom, and roomy semi-rural lots in the unincorporated river communities.
Placer
6cities served
Generally larger, newer master-planned lots and estate parcels — strong demand for full-size detached and multigenerational ADUs.
El Dorado
3cities served
Larger custom and foothill lots that comfortably fit full-size detached ADUs, often with higher-end finishes.
Yolo
3cities served
A wide spread — riverfront infill in West Sacramento, university-driven lots in Davis, and the region's most affordable land in Woodland.

Sacramento County
9 citiesPermit process: The City of Sacramento runs a dedicated ADU Resource Center with pre-approved plans that can cut permitting to roughly 30 days. Incorporated cities like Elk Grove, Folsom, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, and Galt each permit through their own building counter, while Carmichael, Fair Oaks, and Orangevale are unincorporated and go through Sacramento County.
Placer County
6 citiesPermit process: Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, and Auburn each review ADU permits through their own city development counter, while Granite Bay and the Loomis area fall under Placer County's Community Development Resource Agency. The process and fee schedule differ from Sacramento, which is why we handle every submittal locally.
El Dorado County
3 citiesPermit process: El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, and Placerville all permit through the El Dorado County Planning & Building Department (Placerville also coordinates with its own city counter). Foothill and custom lots can carry site-work and slope considerations we scope up front.
Yolo County
3 citiesPermit process: West Sacramento, Davis, and Woodland each permit through their own Yolo County city department — a separate process from Sacramento across the river. Davis in particular has progressive ADU policies that pair well with its student-rental demand.
